Customization:

Coherent Market Insight’s client is legally responsible to pay the company for services and content as mentioned on the website. He/she will also be responsible for all other related duties and taxes (use, property, sales) as maybe applicable.

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted after project completion and invoice signing due to confidential nature of our market research reports. Refund, however, is possible only in case of multiple payments and will surely be initiated at the earliest. Apart from this, the refund policy is not applicable. In case you have any concerns related to report quality, Coherent Market Insights will happily address them at the earliest.

Use of Content

• All intellectual property rights (IPR) including database rights, domain names, trademarks, and others on Coherent Market Insights website (IPR Content) are owned by the company or licensed for its use.
• Coherent Market Insights permits downloading or printing copies of the IPR Content from its website for non-commercial personal use only. However, the copies obtained in this case need to retain the original copyright or other IPRs notices as mentioned on the original content.
• Any adaptation/copying//archiving in part or as a whole of the IPR content, including coding, layout, and content of the website without the explicit permission of Coherent Market Insights would lead to legal action as might be deemed necessary by the company. This also applies for use of the company’s content, reports, or name for any advertising or publicity without permission.

Payment

Fees:

• All dues need to be paid as per the terms of payment mentioned in the applicable order (Fees). In case the full payment has not been received by Coherent Market Insights within the stipulated time, the company reserves the right to cancel access to the product.

Taxes:

• Clients are fully responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with payments made to Coherent Market Insights. This also includes goods and services, sales, use, custom duties, and other similar charges imposed by any jurisdiction. Payments to Coherent Market Insights do not include taxes of the company’s income.

Overdue Amounts:

• Late payments will accrue interest at two percent (2%) per month compounded monthly (26.86% annually) from the due date until payment is received by Coherent Market Insights. Rest ensured that interest charges will not exceed legal limits.

Collection Expenses:

• Coherent Market Insights has the right to receive compensation from the client for the entire collection related expenses incurred by the company. This includes all lawyer's and service fees arising out of collections of overdue fees and taxes.

License Option

Single User License:

Single User license permits users with a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use Coherent Market Insights report online or download it to a single authorized device, with the option to print copy of the report for personal use. The report cannot be duplicated for internal distribution or any other purpose. The client also DOES NOT have permission to:

• Allowing third-party access to the report in any form.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, leasing, transferring or allocating rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party without explicit permission from Coherent Market Insights.
• Storing, modifying, reproducing, or distributing the report, in part or full, for any commercial use not specifically stated and approved by Coherent Market Insights.
• Exploiting or misusing the report in any way that deviates from the terms and conditions of the license or violates United States or Indian laws, whether explicitly or implicitly.

Multiuser License :

• A Multiuser License permits users with a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use Coherent Market Insights’ report online or download it on a maximum of four authorized computer and allows up to four authorized users to use and store the same. The report can be duplicated for internal distribution alone among the company personnel. The client also DOES NOT have permission to:
• Allowing third-part access to the report in any form.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, leasing, transferring or allocating rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party without explicit permission from Coherent Market Insights.
• Storing/reproducing/altering/distributing the report, in part or full, for any commercial use not specifically stated and approved by Coherent Market Insights
• Exploiting or misusing the report in any other way apart that deviates from the terms and conditions of the license or violates United States or Indian laws, whether explicitly or implicitly.

Enterprise License:

• An Enterprise License permits users with a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use Coherent Market Insights’ report online or download it for use within the client’s organization and its subsidiaries. Further, the license allows the organization and its subsidiaries display, print and distribute multiple copies of the report internally. However, the client also DOES NOT have permission to:
• Allow third-party access to the report.
• Resell, rent, sub-license, transfer, lease, or allocate rights of the report, in whole or in part, to any party without explicit permission from Coherent Market Insights.
• Store/reproduce/distribute/alter the report, in part or full, for any commercial use not specifically stated and approved by Coherent Market Insights.
• Exploit or misuse the report in any that deviates from the terms and conditions of the license or violates United States or Indian laws, whether explicitly or implicitly.

Limitations

• Coherent Market Insights (CMI) or its suppliers shall not be held liable for any errors arising from the use or inability to use the materials on Coherent Market Insights’ Internet site, even if CMI or its authorized representative has been informed, in writing or orally, of the possibilities of such errors. Certain jurisdictions may not permit limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental errors, so these limitations may not apply to the client.
