Daymak is planning to deliver its new all electric two-seater, three-wheeler, Spiritus in 2023 in two different versions.
Daymak, a number one brand in Canada that manufactures light electric vehicle unveiled its fully functioning prototype of Spiritus, a high performing electric three-wheeler with price range of $20k. Founded in 2002, Daymak is known for manufacturing light electric vehicles such as ebikes, mobility scooters or ATVs, with some experience also in solar charging EVs, and now the company has presented its car like three-wheeler all electric, Spiritus prototype.
The new Spiritus of 152 inch (385 cm) comes with two seats and three wheels and will be offered in two different versions. The Deluxe, having top speed of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Ultimate, with top speed of 130 mph (210 kn/h). According to the manufacturer, the Spiritus will be quicker to increase speed from 0 to 60 mph (96.5 km/h) than the Tesla Model S Plaid or Rimac Nevera. The Delux model with 180 mile (290 KM) comes with butterfly doors. The Ultimate version of Spiritus boosts the standard range rating of Deluxe form 180 miles to 300 miles (480 km). The battery pack chemistry or size, output power, or charging speed is yet to be disclosed. However, the Daymak claims that both the version of Spiritus can be used for mining of cryptocurrencies such as Dogecoin and Bitcoin (through Nebula) and everything can be stored into the wallet of vehicle.
The Daymak will be including its Ondata wireless charging technology into this new prototype of Spiritus. The company is also planning to work further on torque-distribution and fine-tuning system for best stability, handling and performance. With the basic Deluxe model of price US$ 19,995, Daymak has already booked 25,000 pre-orders of Spiritus and is planning to deliver it in 2023.
