Ben & Jerry's Unveils Fresh Ice Cream Flavors to Delight Fans

Two new ice cream flavors have been added by Ben & Jerry's: Bohemian Raspberry and Brookies & Cream Sundae.

Brookies & Cream is made with free-grazed dairy. With brownie-style dough, vanilla ice cream, and golden cookie swirls, Sundae combines brownies with cookies. White ampersand bits, sea salt chocolate swirls, and chocolate whipped ice cream are on top.

As Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody celebrates its 50th anniversary, the Bohemian Raspberry makes a comeback as a non-dairy option. Ben & Jerry's "new-and-improved" oat-based non-dairy recipe is used to make the flavor, which consists of vanilla non-dairy ice cream with fudgy brownies and raspberry swirls.

Joao Piva, 'flavour guru' at Ben & Jerry's, commented: "We originally introduced the Bohemian Raspberry flavor in 2007 after a fan suggested it. We thought nothing could be more rock 'n' roll than reviving this collaboration flavor to commemorate the 50th anniversary of one of the world's most beloved tunes, Bohemian Rhapsody."

"Bakery mashups are the perfect sweet treat when you simply can't choose between two of your favourites," said Gabby Simmons, 'flavour guru' of Ben & Jerry's. And, as you know, cookies and brownies are two of our top favourites, so it was a no-brainer for us to mix the flavours with what we do best."
