New product launches
- GW Kent, an equipment distributor of products such as barrel racks, valves, and nozzles for the wine-making and brewing industries,launched its new line of modular wine production equipment, which is designed to be scalable and flexible to meet the needs of wineries of all sizes. The new line includes tanks, fermenters, pumps, and other equipment.
- Agrovin launched its new generation of grape crushers, which are designed to be more efficient and gentle on grapes. The new crushers use a patented technology that minimizes grape damage, resulting in better wine quality.
- Della Toffola Pacific is an experience in winemaking equipment, beverage and food processing and packaging technologies, launched its new line of automated wine production systems, which are designed to reduce labor costs and improve consistency. The new systems include everything from grape crushing and fermentation to bottling and labeling.
Acquisition and partnerships
- In 2021, Italian wine production machinery manufacturer CFT acquired French company Euromac. This acquisition gave CFT a strong foothold in the French market, as well as access to Euromac's expertise in automated winemaking systems.
- In 2022, American wine production machinery manufacturer American Bottling Systems acquired Italian company Enoitalia. This acquisition gave ABS a wider range of winemaking equipment as well as a stronger presence in the European market.
- In 2022, Chinese wine production machinery manufacturer Zonda Machinery partnered with Italian company Frentauto. This partnership gave Zonda access to Frentauto's expertise in automated grape harvesting systems, which is a growing trend in the wine industry.
