Global Security Robot Market: Key Developments

In September 2020, Lockheed Martin announced that it may offer a study for an integrated and capable payload ship that patrols for longer times, as part of the Large Unmanned Surface Vessel competition of the U.S. Navy. Lockheed Martin also revealed that it forming a partnership with Vigor Works LLC, as the shipbuilder of the team.

In January 2021, AeroVironment Inc. entered into a definitive agreement with Arcturus UAV Inc. and under this agreement AeroVironment will be acquiring Arcturus UAV for a total US$ 405 million purchase, which also includes US$ 355 million in cash and US$ 50 million in AeroVironment stock.

In December 2020, Knightscope Inc. introduced its Public Safety App on Google Play and App Store, which focuses on improving the U.S. security operations. With this app, anyone can record a video of a place requiring Autonomous Security Robot for public safety, after which, the company will follow up and give a solution to the officials.
