• In February 2022, Kerry Group Plc., an international leader in taste & nutrition innovation, announced to acquire a significant share capital of c-LEcta GmbH, a Germany-based biotechnology company, which specializes in precision fermentation, optimized bio-processing, and bio-transformation for creation of high-value targeted enzymes and ingredients. The company has reached an agreement to acquire 92% share capital of c-LEcta GmbH for a value of US$ 144 million.
