New Product launches:

• In October 2020, RPM Global developed Underground Potash Solutions (UGPS). The package will address the challenges of underground potash operations and can be used for design, reserving and scheduling across all scheduling horizons from strategic to short term. Mergers and Acquisition:

• In March 2022, EuroChem Group AG announced that it had completed the purchase of the shareholding control of Brazilian distributor Fertilizantes Heringer SA, with 51.48% of the shares, further strengthening its production and distribution capacity in Brazil. EuroChem Group AG is a leading global fertilizer producer that manufactures and markets agricultural chemicals. The company produces nitrogen, phosphate, and NPK fertilizers, as well as offers feed phosphates, industrial acids, and mineral raw materials.
• In March 2021, Mosaic, a leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash, announced a partnership with Sound Agriculture to develop and distribute a nutrient efficiency product. Sound Agriculture will focus on manufacturing of the active ingredient and product formulation, while Mosaic will oversee field development, regulatory, sales and marketing efforts. The product leverage Sound Agriculture Bio-inspired chemistry that activates the soil micro biome to give plants access to important nutrients and allow growers to optimize fertilizer inputs. It is expected to release in 2023 for the U.S. market.
