In April 2019, Speciality Products Inc. took efforts for collaborating the VersaFlex family of companies along with Raven Lining Systems, Milamar Coatings, Bridge Preservation and Vanberg Specialized Coatings. This was being done by the company with the objective of expanding its portfolio of the specialty coating solutions across the markets and industries.
In Feb 2017, Versaflex expanded its footprint in South America through a co-marketing agreement with São Paulo-based Renner Coatings. This was done with the objective of introducing a new polyurea coating line brand, called RenFlex, which is now being prepared for distribution. In addition to this, VersaFlex Incorporated and Renner Coatings also announced partnership for Brazil and Chile.
