In May 2023, Juniper Networks and ServiceNow announced an alliance to provide end-to-end automation for Managed Service Providers and Enterprises. This collaboration leverages Juniper Mist Cloud and ServiceNow Telecom Service Management and Order Management for Telecom, enabling clients to eliminate multi-layer, multivendor solutions, increase network deployment and operational efficiencies, and reduce costs.
