• On September 21, 2023, Bracco Imaging S.p.A., a global leader in diagnostic imaging, and Subtle Medical, Inc., a leading innovator in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered image acquisition, entered into a global agreement in the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These global agreements will began primarily in the U.S., where Bracco Imaging distributes its portfolio of products and services through its subsidiary, Bracco Diagnostics Inc.
