MicrofastTM microbial count plates provide efficient, effective, and user-friendly quantification of aerobic, E. coli, coliform, enterobacteriaceae, yeast and mold, and staphylococcus aureaus contamination in dairy, meat/poultry, fruit, vegetable, baked goods and environmental surface samples.
