This clearance marks a pivotal step towards setting a new standard of care in dialysis therapy for people with kidney diseases in the U.S.
In March 2022, Nipro Medical Corporation, Medical equipment manufacturer introduced the SURDIAL DX Hemodialysis System to the United States, expanding its range of renal, vascular, and medical-surgical products.
In August 2023, Quanta Dialysis Technologies obtained USFDA clearance to expand the indication of its Quanta Dialysis System. This clearance permits the system to be utilized for dialysis treatment in patients diagnosed with acute kidney issues.
