In February 2024, Fresenius Medical Care (FME), a global company in products and services for individuals with renal diseases, announced FDA 510(k) clearance for its 5008X Hemodialysis System. This clearance marks a pivotal step towards setting a new standard of care in dialysis therapy for people with kidney diseases in the U.S.
In March 2022, Nipro Medical Corporation, Medical equipment manufacturer introduced the SURDIAL DX Hemodialysis System to the United States, expanding its range of renal, vascular, and medical-surgical products.
