- In January 2019, BOTALYS S.A., a Belgium based company, launched its new HRG80 bioactive Ginseng powder of the Panax ginseng root. This ginseng powder find its application in food supplements, OTC products, beverages, and cosmetic products. The ginseng is cultivated by vertical hydroponics process which allowed the company to obtain an ultra-pure ginseng powder. Cultivation was done using 100% natural products wherein toxic pesticides, and solvents were avoided.
- In August 2018, Sulwhasoo, a Korean beauty brand, introduced its new ‘Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Serum’ in Hong Kong. This is a hydrating gel serum which is formulated with encapsulated ginseng oil. The serum is expected to offer anti-aging solution by making the skin smooth and healthy.
- In June 2019, T.C. Pharmaceutical Industries Co., Ltd., owner of the Red Bull brand, announced the launch of ‘Red Bull, An Nai Ji Drink’ in China. The beverage contains various high quality ingredients, including American ginseng extract, taurine, and vitamin B among others.
