- In January, 2017, GCE Cutting & Welding Technologies launched a new Oxy-Fuel Machine Cutting Torch FIT+ two with Integrated Ignition. It has unique IHT height sensing system Integrated torch electronics which can easily be connected to CNC systems.
- In June 2017, Voortman launched HYPERTHERM XPR300. It is designed for cutting mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The company offers this new technology on its entire product range that utilizes plasma cutting such as the V310, V304, V320, V330, V302, and V808.
