Partnership and Acquisition
- In July 2022, Radiometer Medical ApS, a multinational corporation that develops blood gas analyzers, partnered with Technicon A/S, a robot technology company, on a robotic solution — a cobot— to minimize manual effort in the blood collection process for users of Radiometer ABL800 FLEX blood gas analyzers in the Nordics. A collaborative robot designed for human-robot interaction is called a cobot.
- In April 2023, Quest Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic information services, and Haystack Oncology, an early-stage oncology company, announced a definitive agreement for Quest to acquire Haystack Oncology in an all-cash equity transaction
