In September 2019, HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA has launched the next generation of their Matrix LED systems. The new solution has “Solid State Lighting | High Definition" (SSL | HD) technology with miniaturized the light source. With the help of this technology, 15,000 LED pixels can be intelligently and individually controlled. The company has acquired its first order to integrate this new technology into a headlamps and is expected to available on road in next three years.
