Ampoules are small vials that contain solution or powder form drug for injecting it into the body through the intravenous route. It basically stores the drug and produced form plastic such as PVC and PE. Glass is also used to produce ampoules and are sealed tightly in order to prevent the penetration of any foreign particles.
