• On 6 November 2021, CBA Brazil, a company which produces low-carbon aluminum, announced the acquisition of approximately 80% of Alux Inc., a secondary alloyed aluminum producer. CBA Brazil has made significant investments in its production facilities and will continue to do so in the near future.
