Job Responsibilities:
  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services
  • Generating leads and calling prospective clients
  • Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and manager
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Acquiring clients into multiple sectors and understanding their customized needs
  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
  • Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Job Responsibilities:
  • Imply qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret data and build substantiated recommendations for the forecast period
  • Formulate Market Engineering (ME) and conducted interviews with industry experts
  • Mentor associates as per the client's requirements to generate reports during the tenure
