Job Responsibilities:
  1. Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality B2B leads through segmented email lists, supporting overall business objectives.
  2. List Management and Segmentation: Build, maintain, and optimize segmented email lists based on lead behavior, demographics, and interests to improve targeting and engagement.
  3. Campaign Creation and Execution: Plan, schedule, and manage email campaigns, including promotional, drip, and automated workflows tailored to various buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.
  4. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on key email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, content, and delivery times, continually refining strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
  5. Content Development: Craft compelling, personalized, and relevant email content that resonates with the target audience and addresses their specific needs and pain points.
  6. Automation and Workflow Design: Develop and implement automated workflows (e.g., lead nurturing sequences, follow-up emails) to engage leads consistently and guide them through the sales funnel.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI, to enhance future campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Defines, prioritizes, and manages the execution of key SEO tactical initiatives, including keyword analysis, on-site optimizations, content development, and site auditing, link-building, and competitive analyses.
  • Provides on-page SEO recommendations about both technical and performance aspects (Meta title, description, URL structure, internal linking, content opportunities, etc.)
  • Manage keyword discovery and expansion.
  • Look at all SEO elements of the pages and get them changed/corrected by either co-coordinating with the content team or self-evaluation.
