On July 12, 2023, JEOL Ltd., a major developer and manufacturer of electron microscopes and other scientific instruments, announced the release of scanning electron microscopes, JSM-IT710HR/JSM-IT210. The JSM-IT710HR has improved electron gun stability, while the JSM-IT210 employs 5-axis motor control specimen stage.
