New product launches
- In January 2022, Amcor launched AmLite Ultra Recyclable, a new high-barrier laminate solution for pet food pouches. The innovative packaging is compatible with recycling streams. Amcor plc. is a global packaging company. It develops and produces flexible packaging, rigid containers, specialty cartons, closures and services for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical-device, home and personal-care, and other products.
- In March 2021, Novolex announced new compostable stand-up pouch made from bio-based plastic. The pouches provide sustainability benefits without compromising on durability. Novolex develops and manufactures diverse packaging products for the foodservice, delivery and carryout, food processor, and industrial markets.
- In May 2020, ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company with a comprehensive product, introduced climate protect pouches, an all-paper stand up pouch that is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is recyclable in paper recycling facilities.
