4. Tate & Lyle PLC

 Tate & Lyle PLC is a global supplier of food and beverage ingredients to     industrial markets. It was founded in 1921 and is headquartered in England, UK. It operates in over 140 countries. In July 2021, Tate & Lyle announced Completion of sale of a controlling stake in Tate & Lyle's Primary Products business to KPS Capital Partners, LP.

5. Agrana Beteiligungs AG

In March 2023, Tereos started looking for a buyer for its Haussimont plant guaranteeing the operations of its potato starch processing plant for the 2023/24
